About Kiara

During my CNA training program, I gained hands-on experience working with elderly residents. I assisted with taking blood pressures, bathing and changing residents, helping them move safely, passing out meals, and providing companionship through conversation. I also helped change bed sheets, clean rooms, and take out trash to keep their spaces comfortable and safe. I was very involved in daily care, and it was a meaningful and valuable experience that taught me patience, compassion, and responsibility.
