I bring nearly 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral needs across home, school, community, and research settings. I hold a PhD in Human Development/Educational & Counseling Psychology from McGill University and a Master's in Psychology. My experience includes individualized behavioral and developmental support, adaptive and daily-living skills, social-emotional development, structured learning activities, community integration, and implementation of evidence-based strategies. I have worked as a special-needs teacher, behavioral consultant, researcher, and in-home provider, including independently supporting individuals with significant needs. I have also supervised staff and research assistants and collaborated closely with families and interdisciplinary teams. I combine extensive hands-on experience with advanced expertise in child development, autism, behavior, and evidence-based intervention.
