About Kianee

For 16 years, I have helped students thrive academically. I have a Master's degree in Teaching. This coupled with my experience as a classroom teacher and building principal equipped me with the tools to foster a love for learning, not just memorization. I create engaging, supportive, and patient learning environments. I adapt my teaching through active listening and varied strategies, including visual aids and hands-on activities. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and break down complex problems into manageable steps. Communication is essential; I provide regular updates to parents and students. I can help with ELA, SPED, Executive Functioning/ Study Skills, & History at the elementary and middle school levels. Witnessing a student's confidence grow is the most rewarding aspect of my work. I have a car and am comfortable tutoring at your home, a center, online, the library, community center, or school. I would love to discuss how I can support your student's success!
