About Kiandria

I have strong experience working with children and genuinely enjoy caring for them. As the oldest in my family, I've always taken on a caregiving role, looking after my nieces, nephews, and younger cousins from a young age. Most recently, I care for my 2-year-old nephew during the week while his parents are working, which has given me hands-on experience with daily routines, supervision, patience, and age-appropriate care. This responsibility would not interfere with my availability or ability to come in when needed. I also worked in my church's daycare, where I cared for children during services while parents were attending, ensuring they were safe, comfortable, and engaged. Outside of that, families trusted me and often paid me to watch their children. I'm attentive, reliable, and always focused on creating a safe, positive environment where kids feel supported and cared for.
