About Kiana
Experience: 5 yrs
Hi! I'm Kiana, a caring and dependable nanny with several years of experience caring for children from newborns to school age. I especially love working with infants and toddlers and helping them learn, grow, and reach new milestones. I enjoy creating a fun, nurturing environment through play, reading, outdoor activities, and age-appropriate adventures. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, love animals, and am happy to help with child-related household tasks to help keep your home running smoothly. My goal is always to become someone both children and parents can trust and rely on!
Most recent review
We had hired Kianna to care for our 12m old daughter while working from home office. The interview and first week went really well. Out baby was typically a very happy and fun baby. After Kianna was with her for a few weeks, our baby started getting a bit more sensitive so I watched more closely again and caught Kianna flipping a wiggly baby by her legs for a diaper change with no head support, resulting in baby bonking head. Kianna did not even acknowledge it. I stayed close the rest of the day ti see if it was just a little accident but then later saw kianna throw the babys arms down during another diaper change. I think this was all out if frustration and lack of patience with a wiggly baby, kind of scary given I was home and she had not been with us long
