About Kiana

Working as a caregiver has allowed me to provide compassionate support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. I have helped clients with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and emotional companionship. This role has strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to respond calmly in challenging situations. Most importantly, it taught me how meaningful it is to make a positive impact in someone's life every day. I have worked in caregiving for over two and a half years, gaining experience in assisted living, memory care, and home health aide (HHA) settings. My experience has strengthened my communication skills, compassion, and ability to adapt to each client's unique needs while ensuring their safety and comfort.
