Hi, I'm Kiana! I have over a decade of experience supporting children and adults with IDD, physical, and behavioral disabilities. My background includes working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), preschool teacher, nanny, activity coordinator, and one-on-one in-home caregiver. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, visual impairments, mobility limitations, behavioral challenges, and a variety of disabilities. I have experience with companionship, community outings, skill-building, behavior support, personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, transportation, medication administration, ADL. I am also comfortable providing hands-on personal care and total care when needed. Families describe me as patient, compassionate, dependable, and adaptable.
