About Kiana

Hi, I'm Kiana! I have over a decade of experience providing care and support for seniors and adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. My background includes working as a DSP, in-home caregiver, activity coordinator, and one-on-one support provider in both home and community settings. I have experience with companionship and hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, housekeeping, transportation, and daily living activities. I am comfortable providing total care while preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, visual impairments, behavioral challenges, and mobility limitations. Families describe me as patient, dependable, compassionate, and attentive. My goal is to provide safe, respectful care while helping individuals remain comfortable, engaged, and supported.
