About Kiana

Hi, I'm Kiana! I'm currently looking for a part-time or full-time caregiving position. I have over 14 years of experience caring for children from newborns to teens, including multiples and large groups of children. My background includes working in preschools, nannying for multiple families, and supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities as an in-home caregiver, DSP, and RBT. I love creating fun, educational, and creative activities while maintaining a safe, positive, and structured environment. I believe in patience, positive reinforcement, kindness, and building strong relationships with both children and families. I'm very hands-on, adaptable, organized, and comfortable with pets, outings, homework help, routines, and light household tasks. My goal is always to make children feel safe, supported, happy, and encouraged while giving parents peace of mind.
