Ugh, where do I begin! Kiana is extremely interactive, enthusiastic, patient. She's consistent, trustworthy, communicative. Just all around exactly what you look for when you want someone looking after your children. She is a bright light and has been extremely great with my son. He lights up when he sees her and is about ready to jump into her arms and he's only 4 months! She does her job well and you would not be disappointed. HIRE HER!
