Kiana is an incredible caregiver! She started working with our son when he was 6 months old. Not only was our child safe and happy in her care, but her collaboration, knowledge and openness created a true partnership that is so deeply appreciated as a new parent. Kiana helped us navigate milestones, illness, and was a true friend in the process. Our son who struggled with colic made a swift turn around in her care and is thriving. She is extremely knowledgeable about early childhood development which brought so much ease to our transition. Kiana's energy was perfect for our son, we hear them laughing together all day long. We can't speak highly enough about Kiana and are going to miss her terribly as our son moves into school. Any family would be lucky to work with her.
