About Kiana

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. For the past two years, I've supported families by providing reliable and compassionate childcare. I have a special heart for working with special needs children, particularly those on the autism spectrum. I am RBT certified and deeply motivated to make a real difference in the lives of special needs parents and their children by offering support, understanding, and a safe space for growth. I enjoy caring for children ages 4-11 and am comfortable with up to two children at a time. I love creating a fun and engaging environment through creative activities, board games, and educational puzzles, while being attentive to each child's individual needs. I value open communication and will follow your preferred method for updates, as well as your household routines and rules. I'm patient, warm, and approachable, and I strive to help every child feel safe, supported, and encouraged.
