About Kiana

Hi! My name is Kiana! I have over 4 years of experience working in licensed childcare in Nevada, and caring for children has always been something I truly love. I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and feel confident. I started my childcare career as a Lead 2-Year-Old Teacher and worked my way up to becoming a Kindergarten Prep Lead. Through my experience, I've had the opportunity to work with children of different ages and support them through important stages of their development. I especially love doing arts and crafts, playing, reading, and creating fun activities that encourage children's creativity and learning. I'm now looking for a more personal and intimate setting where I can build a meaningful relationship with a family and give each child more individualized attention and care. Id love the opportunity to become a trusted and caring part of your family!
