About Kiana

Hello ! My name is Kiana and I am married with three children. I'm a certified paraprofessional (SPED) and I have many years of both personal and professional experience with children. I've also worked with both kids and adults who have intellectual disabilities. I'd describe my personality as caring, ambitious, and passionate. I like working with kids because they are our future. It's imperative that kids needs are being seen, heard, and supported. I'm looking for a job that sets clear expectations, consistency , and respect. I started working with kids when I became a mother. After I had my daughter, I realized that I loved being around children. In my spare time, I like to watch movies with my family, travel, and try different cuisines . One thing you should know about me is I'm a very patient person and I care about individuals of all ages. My skills include patience, consistency, and finding fun ways kids can learn.
