About Kiana

My grandmother owned and operated a daycare and foster care program for over 35 years, so I grew up understanding the importance of quality childcare and what it truly means to be someone parents can trust with their children. I've been a Registered Behavior Technician for 7 years and have experience working with children of all ages, with specialized expertise in children ages 2-7. I've always known working with children is my calling. I'm passionate about helping kids grow, learn, adapt to life, and build skills that will support their future. I understand firsthand how hard it is to find reliable, trustworthy childcare -- and I take that responsibility seriously. I recently welcomed my babygirl in November 2025, and I'm seeking a family who is comfortable with me bringing my infant along while I provide attentive, nurturing, and high-quality care. I strive to create a warm, safe, and structured environment where children feel supported, understood, and encouraged to thrive.
