About Kiana

I am a responsible, kind, and loving caregiver with over five years of childcare experience working with children ages 2-14 in both home and educational settings. My background includes working as a preschool teacher, au pairing for families in Virginia and Maryland, nannying, babysitting, aftercare support, and homeschooling a 5-year-old. I am patient, adaptable, and confident in meeting each child's individual needs. My experience includes morning routines, school preparation, pick-ups and drop-offs, meal and snack preparation, early learning support, arts and crafts, creative and outdoor play, potty training, diaper changes, and establishing consistent routines. I am also comfortable with light household support and pet care.
