About Kiana

I have 8+ years of experience working with children ages 3-18 in childcare programs, private homes, youth programs, and recreational settings. I am passionate about creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and feel confident being themselves. I also have experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing individualized support to children with autism and developmental needs. This has strengthened my skills in behavior management, positive reinforcement, communication, redirection, transitions, and helping children develop independence and everyday skills. I love creating engaging, age-appropriate activities including crafts, games, educational activities, outdoor play, and social-emotional learning. I am CPR/First Aid certified and hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Anthropology with a minor in Holistic Health. I am dependable, patient, energetic, and genuinely love working with children!
