About Kiairrah

Hi, I'm Kiairrah! I'm a fun, energetic 22-year-old who's been working with kids for five years. I actually started out in nursing school, but childcare quickly became my true passion. Toddlers are my favorite age group, but I'm comfortable with all ages! I'm looking for a full-time position with a one-year commitment, and my rates start at $25/hour for one child. I've built great relationships with three families over the years, each for 18 months to 2 years. I focus on creating a safe, routine-filled, and creative space where kids can grow. I love crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independence, and planning fun outings. I'm firm but kind-and always ready to work with parents to support their child's needs. When I'm not working, you'll find me cooking, doing hair, dancing, or hanging out with my family and friends!
