About Kia

With over a decade of experience, I've dedicated my career to helping children grow emotionally, socially, and creatively. I approach each day with patience, structure, and joy, blending fun activities and learning moments to support every child's unique personality. I believe in open communication with parents, keeping them updated on their child's day and maintaining a safe, loving, and structured environment. From outdoor adventures and art projects to educational games and reading time, I keep children engaged through age-appropriate schedules that balance fun and learning. I also enjoy taking kids out for activities like park visits, library trips, or community events. In addition to childcare, I offer meal prep, light housekeeping, school pick-ups and drop-offs, date nights, overnight care, and emergency care. Outside of work, I love art, Jesus, and nature, and I enjoy bird watching, feeding the homeless, and serving my community.
