Unfortunately Kay proved to be pretty unreliable. I hired her two different times and she suddenly could no longer work for me, and the first time was understandable as she became pregnant. But this time she said it was an out of state funeral and then I never heard from her by the time she said she would be back and it's now been a week later and still no reply to me. I feel in this circumstance it warrants letting others know. If she needed more time simple communication should have occurred.
