About Khila

Fueling children's curiosity and supporting their development is at the heart of everything I do. I'm currently a student at Texas Tech University, pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education and working toward K-8 teacher certification. My academic background includes coursework in child development, learning strategies, and classroom management, which directly shape my approach to caregiving. I specialize in caring for one to two children at a time to ensure I can provide focused, personalized attention in a safe and nurturing environment. I'm CPR certified, reliable, and passionate about encouraging children through play, creativity, and age-appropriate structure. I also value strong communication with families and am happy to provide regular updates in whatever way works best for you. In addition to babysitting, I coach at a kids' gym, leading fun, active sessions for Pre-K to 8th grade that build confidence, teamwork, and coordination in a safe environment.
