About Kharisma

Hi! I'm Kharisma from Denver, now in Los Angeles! I'm passionate about childcare and love watching children grow and thrive. I have experience working with infants-15 yr olds. I am a former Lead Teacher at Guidepost Montessori, as well as a pediatric dental assistant, where | learned how to comfort children during moments of confusion or fear. I've also worked with multiple families all across the Houston area. In that role I built strong, trusting relationships and provide consistent, loving care in their homes. I enjoy creating fun activities, staying active, spending time outdoors, and building meaningful connections. Childcare isn't just a job to me - it's truly my passion, and I don't see myself doing anything else! I am excited to be a comfort space for you and your children!
