Hi, My name is Khalia. Nurturing the growth and development of children is my true passion. With three years of experience caring for toddlers and preschoolers, I am dedicated to making a positive impact on your little ones' lives. My background in Early Child Development coursework allows me to integrate educational games that promote learning into our daily routine. I maintain a patient, calm, and approachable demeanor, and I am very comfortable enforcing your established household rules. I prioritize clear communication by providing written daily reports and verbal updates at pickup, or by following your preferred method. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping and creative crafts. I currently work as a Special Education Assistant with CPS, supporting and empowering students with diverse learning needs. I love being part of their growth and celebrating every small win. I'm off for the summer and have open availability to provide dedicated care and support.
