About Khaira

I received my B. A. in both Spanish and International Studies from Guilford College in 2021. I am currently enrolled in graduate school through North Carolina Central University's Communication Sciences and Disorders program. I am a very responsible, creative and patient individual with over 10 years of experience working with children including an after-school counselor at my local Boys and Girls Club, coaching youth volleyball, and as an educator for 5 years. I enjoy a variety of games and activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social development, including outdoor play, board games, and educational games. With my First Aid Training, I am well-equipped to handle any situation that may arise. I believe in open and honest communication with guardians. I am also willing to assist with tasks such as cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping.
