About Khailan

Hello Families, I'm Khailan! I'm a newly graduated senior looking for an opportunity to be a blessing to others. Working with children over the course of the past five years has taught me so much and confirmed my passion for caregiving. Whether that be in childcare events at church, sunday services, or babysitting, I've always found joy in supporting and being a role model for children as they grow. Through my experience volunteering and working with children of all abilities, including those in a special education setting at school , I have developed immense patience, compassion, and strong communication skills. Creating a positive environment for children and parents to feel safe, welcomed, and supported is my main goal. I'm a relational person who strives to build meaningful relationships with families and children , to ensure parents are given peace of mind knowing that their children are being cared for with attentiveness, love, and kindness.
