About Keyrra

I am 20 years old and a student at UMKC. I have a passion for education and learning. I enjoy teaching young children how to do basic subjects like math, science, and ELA. I worked at Jumpstart for a year and a half which required me to read to children and I worked at a summer camp and I taught 1st grade children how to read, write , and do math. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, joyful, and understanding. I like tutoring because it brings me joy when I am helping someone with school subjects. I'm looking for a job that is an healthy environment and is flexible due to me having other jobs and responsibilities. One thing you should know about me is I have a passion for seeing children succeed. I am also dependable so, I can complete any tasks that you would like to me to do. I have a positive mindset as well! My skills include encouraging the child when they have a tough time and being patient when something goes wrong.
