As a compassionate and empathetic caregiver with three years of experience, I provide home health assistance, dementia care, and encourage physical activity. I'm adept at adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations. I also handle confusion and behavioral changes with patience and a calm demeanor. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections with care recipients.
