Hello, my name is Kevin and I am a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) and certified nursing assistant (CNA). I have experience in outpatient, inpatient, acute care, pediatric, and skilled nursing settings. I am reliable, adaptable, and dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. My skills include mobility assistance, transfers, and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as feeding, bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene. I also have experience caring for individuals with dementia, including support with daily routines, cognitive engagement, and behavior management.
