About Kevia

I'm a caring, patient, dependable person who genuinely loves working with children. While I'm newer to professional childcare, I have hands-on personal experience caring for children from infancy through preschool age, including my 4-year-old nephew who is on the autism spectrum. I also spend time caring for and interacting with my best friend's 4-year-old and 4-month-old. I currently work as a CNA, so caregiving, patience, safety, and being attentive to someone's needs are already a big part of who I am. I'm also working toward my nursing degree, with the long-term goal of working in pediatric nursing. Caring for children has always been something I've wanted to do, and I'm excited to begin gaining professional childcare experience now while continuing to work toward a career centered around caring for kids. I'm looking forward to providing families with someone who is dependable, compassionate, attentive, and genuinely enjoys making children feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
