We were shocked and disappointed with Kat's level of unprofessionalism. She initially worked a trial week with us and was fantastic! She seemed like the perfect fit. We offered her a long-term role to start the following Monday. She called out sick the night before, which was understandable, and was communicative about her symptoms. I reached out 5 days later to see how she was feeling, and she completely ghosted us. No response to texts or a phone call. She even left items at our house. Bizarre and baffling. Do not hire.
