With 20 years of experience, I've had the privilege of supporting families and playing a positive role in shaping young lives. I believe in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. As a patient, calm, and creative individual, I bring a unique blend of skills and qualities to my role as a caregiver. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring that they are regularly updated about their child's day and any matters that arise. I also believe in the importance of consistency and am very comfortable enforcing household rules to provide a structured and predictable environment for the children in my care. In addition to my experience, I have completed First Aid Training, CPR Training, and have been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2009.
