I can’t recommend Kate highly enough. She’s everything you want in a nanny. She’s loved, protected, and taught our infant son so much in the 6 months she was with us. She cooked for him, always left the house clean, showed up on time, and communicated really well. She always respected our wishes but she truly owned the relationship with our son. We didn’t have to micromanage her or ask her to care for him. She bathed him every day, took his rowdy self out to play in the hot Florida sun, and worked on routines every day to help him learn to walk. Our son is going into preschool or else we’d never be letting her go. Kate will tell you but you’re welcome to call me and I’ll rave on her.
