About Ketlyn

I am Ketlyn a 5 star review because she is one of the hardest working cleaners I've used, and hands down the fastest cleaner. I have never paid by the job, only the hour, until Ketlyn. I don't even track it anymore because she's always overdelivered and I've had cleaners come twice as long and do half the work. Ketlyn doesn't take shortcuts. In fact, I don't even want to leave this review because she's "one of the good ones" and once someone hires her they will want to keep her and book her as much as they can LOL! :) Right now if I need extra help she can usually work me in, so I like that for myself selfishly. BUT she's too good, honest, kind and hard working for me to hold back a positive review for selfish reasons. (I hope whoever is reading this finds the truth but humor in what I'm saying) Another thing is Ketlyn went the extra mile to help me find something one day, it's too long of a story to put here but she went the extra mile to help me find a missing gadget on my Jura coffee machine, and on her own time. Ketlyn cares about doing good work and getting the house really clean. My old cleaner didn't move throw rugs, she vacuumed over them and didn't mop under them, and didn't bother wiping down the sofa. I paid her the same money as Ketlyn, but Ketlyn gets it all super fresh and clean and moves things around. She has a positive energy and great attitude. She genuinely wants to know that you are happy with her work. I was hesitant to reach out to a "stranger" online because I normally rely on referrals. But I found Ketlyn online and interviewed her and fell as if I have hit the jackpot. I referred Ketlyn to my sister, and my sister is one tough bird. To please both my sister AND myself takes a special person, and Ketlyn is just that.
