As a dedicated childcare provider with five years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. I have been working within elementary education for the past two years with children ages kindergarten-5th grade. My intention is to support families and provide reliable childcare while I pursue my masters in Education and Teaching credential. My empathetic, patient, and observant nature allows me to understand children's needs and respond to them effectively. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day, using their preferred method of contact. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am comfortable taking charge and ensuring a safe and structured environment.
