We interviewed Kesha to be our nanny to keep our 2 boys. She was very nice and interacted well with our family. She was easy to communicate with and seems very responsible. She has a very "take charge" personality and was great at getting our 2.5 year old to do what was asked of him. She has a vast array of care taking experience and I think she would be great addition to a family. We didn't hire her because she had a better opportunity with another family and we had another applicant with whom we had some mutual friends.
