Hi families! My name is Kelsea, and I bring over 3 years of experience working as a behavior specialist supporting children with autism in both home and school settings. Through this work, I've gained valuable skills in patience, communication, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for kids of all abilities. In addition to that, I've been a nanny since 2019, caring for children from newborns to middle schoolers. I'm also CPR/First Aid certified, experienced with overnight newborn care, potty training, meal prep, and helping families with the day-to-day routine. My goal is always to make sure children feel understood, supported, and cared for--while giving parents peace of mind.
