I have over 6 years of paid experience working with children of all ages, including extensive experience supporting children with special needs. I worked in an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) clinic, where I provided individualized care and support to children with autism. I also have experience working with children with Down syndrome and other developmental differences. I am patient, compassionate, and dedicated to creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment where every child can thrive. I understand the importance of adapting to each child's unique needs, working on communication and daily living skills, encouraging independence, and collaborating with families to provide consistent, high-quality care.
