Hi! My name is Kerstin. I am the mother of 4 beautiful children as well as 4 beautiful grandchildren, one of them whom I am raising. I worked at McGuire Lumber as an accounts receivable clerk when I was younger and decided that I wanted to be home with my children. So from there I opened a home childcare and enjoyed that for 12 years. After my children were on there own I then worked for the Yakima School District for 12 years as a Special Education Para-educator. With as much as I loved my work, I needed something more personal. I was hired from this site as a child care provider by the most wonderful family. I watched their little guy from age 2 till he finished kindergarten. I currently live in my home where I raised my children with my granddaughter, my adult son and my 80 year mother. I am looking for part-time work.

Kerstin is AMAZING! She started helping us care for our little guy when he was just 4 months old. Unfortunately right around 1 year we had to move out of state. We joked about how badly we wished we could’ve taken Kerstin with us. She was very respectful of our house and always showed up on time. She definitely has that mother touch and she would always give us feed back on how he was doing during the day. One thing I really liked was that she always had her phone in case of emergencies but she made it a point to put it away and give our son her full attention while she was there. He was always so happy when she showed up and a little sad to see her go. We miss her wish her all the best!
