It's truly rewarding to help adults and seniors live fulfilling lives. With eight years of experience as a caregiver, I'm passionate about supporting well-being and independence. My graduate degree has given me additional insights to help others. I am a Certified Home Health Aide as well as a certified PCA (Personal Care Aide)with CPR and First Aid Training. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I am compassionate, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history is important to me. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. Knowing I can make a positive impact on someone's day brings me joy.
