As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with 15 years of dedication to fostering children's growth and development, I'm passionate about making a positive impact on their lives. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to connect with children, creating a safe and stimulating environment where they thrive. Communication is key, so I provide written daily reports and regular updates to parents on their child's progress and any issues that arise. I also follow their preferred communication method to ensure their needs are met. While I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, I use a gentle and positive approach to guide children's behavior, teaching them valuable life lessons along the way. With my diverse skill set, I can assist with cooking meals, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I hold current First Aid and CPR training, prioritizing the safety and well-being of the children in my care.
