Kerriceann has been part of a team looking after my wife's 96 year old uncle who is recovering from a fall. She is very reliable, personable and knows well how to help and handle a demanding elderly person recovering from a fall. Our uncle is keen for personal interaction, and Kerriceann perhaps could be a little more directly involved or visible during parts of her shift. Overall very happy with everything Kerriceann has done since she started with the care team.
