About Keri

I started caring for my siblings when I was very young. I remember being 5 when helping rock to sleep my colicky baby brother. 5 kids in my Family I am the 2nd oldest. Lots of experience helping raise my two younger brothers and sister. I was probably 10 or 11 when I started baby sitting for 4 families in our neighborhood. When I was older and volunteering as an EMT I was a nanny for a week. Parents were out of town on business trip. I cared for their two young boys and their bird, barn cats, dog and couple horses. It was lot but I already had a lot of experience and knew the Family from neighborhood. I have great memories of trying out being a Mom. Now I'm a real Mama. :)

Keri did a great job helping us this summer watching & actively playing with & guiding our 4 year old. Our son had a great time with her and excitedly would ask if she was coming over today. They had a blast playing and she did a good job balancing lunch & snacks, trying for a nap, having outside play and setting limits but letting him have a fun time. She also did a great job caring for our chickens & garden while we were out of town. We have some young chickens, and she was thoughtful and took time to improve their coops.
