We've hired Keren for a few date nights and she's wonderful with our older kids as well as the infant! We could tell from first moment we met her that she truly loves kids and they feel like she wants to be with them (which is huge for the older kids to gain their respect). She's very well versed on infant care and on the nights he slept while we were gone we'd come home to clean kitchen! Love that!
