Kenzie worked very well with the patient and family. She knew that everyone was important in this undertaking including the other caregivers. She worked with mom encouraging her to exercise in the bed or in the chair. She paid attention to the prior routine and even made sure to turn on the right TV show and keep her schedule consistent. She encouraged mom to socialize, too. From her greeting my mother each morning until she addressed her before leaving, she truly cared about mom and family
