Hi there! I have been caring for children professionally for the past 14 years & I am on the search for my next long term position. I have cared for children in many different settings. My experience ranges from 1 child to 5 children, newborns to 12-year-olds, and part time to full time. When I'm with kids I love being outside & allowing them to take the lead as much as possible. Of course I love to bring many fun and creative ideas but being adaptable and fitting into the needs of your family is a top priority for me.

Kenzie was the most incredible nanny for our family, and the glue that held together our routines, philosophy, goals, and household.  She's impressively detail oriented, thinks ahead, makes wonderful plans, creates inventive projects, manages tasks with ease, and is the most fun and loving playmate our kids could ask for. Even though our kids are now in school, we hire Kenzie regularly for babysitting, and help with house tasks. To this day she remains one of the most important people in our kids' lives, and a dear friend to us parents. You will be SO lucky should you get the chance to have her work for your family. 

We have known and worked with Kenzie since 2024 and are so grateful to have her in our lives! As our nanny she brought so much fun energy, loving care and thoughtfulness to her role. Her focus on the needs of our kids, both expressed and more subtle needs, observed using her keen intuition and experience, is such an invaluable gift. It really feels like a partnership to work with her. She continues to be a bug source of love and mentorship in our kids lives!

I have hired Mackenzie many times to watch my daughter.  She is on time or early, super dependable and always comes with a fun, upbeat attitude! Mackenzie prepares fun and educational activities that my daughter loves.  She also sends an "agenda or daily plan" before she comes to care for our daughter.  When I return home from the day, my daughter is happy, my house is in order and she provides me summary of everything she did that day!  Can't say enough wonderful things about Mackenzie.  She is a Rock-star!

Mackenzie babysat our 3 year old and 18 month old daughters over dinner and bedtime. We had previously interviewed her and knew right away that she would be a good fit. She arrived on time and immediately jumped in by asking questions about dinner and bedtime routines. She and the kids were happily doing an art project before we left the house and there were no tears when we said goodbye! Mackenzie did a great job of interacting and playing with the girls while also setting good boundaries and enforcing our rules (our 3 year old is good at testing limits). She texted us after getting the girls down to let us know that bedtime was a success. She also texted to ask a very thoughtful followup question about our kosher kitchen. When we got home the kids were sound asleep, dinner was cleaned up, and toys put away! Our 3 year old told us the next morning that she had a lot of fun. We will definitely be asking her to babysit again and again!!

This nanny is hands down the best you will ever have!!! She loved on my children so well that even though we moved to a different state, my kids still want to see her & keep up with her. She's not a push over though. She keeps to your rules, cleans up, plans creative activities & actually plays with your kids. Couldn't recommend her more!!!! 

Mackenzie will always go above and beyond just caring for people. I have never seen a nanny or babysitter with so many fun games and creative ideas that cultivate learning while kids are under her care. She is extremely creative, engaging, and truly cares so much for anyone that she takes care of. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Mackenzie took excellent care of our kids each time we hired her! And also, our house was always in order when we came home. She has a talent for picking up on how things are done in our house and supporting those routines. 

The little things she does like bring us an anniversary card when we hired her to babysit our kids on our anniversary to go out for dinner shows that she goes the extra mile, even though she doesn't have to.

 Mackenzie is THE babysitter of choice for my family and many of my friends' families. She has babysat on and off for our family for the past five years and I've seen her with ages infant to seven years. She has done a great job with all of these age groups. I have seen her babysit  for multiple children at once and she always makes sure each child is engaged and safe. Mackenzie goes above and beyond with age appropriate crafts, games, dance parties and gross motor activities. She is reliable and maintains good communication with parents and employers. Any child would be lucky to have Mackenzie as their nanny and I recommend her with no reservations. 

Very reliable and intelligent. She's very neat and organized with my scheduling. She's helped me with my 4 little ones for the past year and has done very well with each one! I definitely recommend Mackenzie! Never was late and was flexible with staying a little over if needed! She is EXCELLENT
