With a decade dedicated to enriching the lives of adults and seniors, I'm deeply passionate about supporting well-being and independence. My experiences in previous care roles have solidified my commitment to providing reliable support for families. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I offer respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide written daily reports and verbal updates, always following the family's preferred communication method. Respecting independence is important to me when building connections.
