We hired Kenya to work from 4:30 to 7:30 pm on June 13th to care for my sister who has dementia. We had to text her asking her for her eta. Her response is that she thought she was suppose to work on the 19th. I sent her a screen print of our conversation that specially stated the date. She apologized that she got the date screwed up but unfortunately we can’t afford for these mistakes to happen since my sister can not be alone.
