I'm a Georgia-certified Middle Grades educator and current 8th-grade math teacher with 7+ years of tutoring experience. I specialize in helping students in grades 6-8 strengthen math skills, build confidence, and better understand what they're learning in class. Tutoring is personalized to each student. I can work from current classwork, assignments, assessments, or specific skill gaps and provide additional practice when needed. I focus on clear, step-by-step instruction that helps students understand the math rather than simply memorize procedures. I offer support with foundational skills, pre-algebra, equations and inequalities, word problems, test preparation, and Algebra readiness. Online and in-person tutoring are available in Hampton, McDonough, Stockbridge, and nearby Henry County, with weekday evening and limited weekend availability.
