Kennedy is a very sweet girl. Although she did care for my son, most times I’d check in she would be sleep/ have him on long naps. Her communication isn’t great. Several times things had to be repeated, and when all things were verified and understood, she did not show to a shift. Read my messages and chose not to respond leaving me late to work and scrambling for another sitter. She could do better at time/sleep management. She has potential to be better. Wish her the best on her journey.
