About Kennedy

Hi! I'm Kennedy - a 19-year-old from Atlanta, spending the summer back home. I'm a freshman Media Design major at North Carolina A&T, and this will be my third year working as a YMCA camp counselor. I've had the chance to care for children ages 3 to 15, including working closely with children who have special needs. I also have years of experience babysitting my younger sister, who's now 8, and occasionally care for other kids as well. I'm most comfortable caring for ages 4 and up, and I love bringing creativity into everything I do - whether it's through arts & crafts, storytelling, games, or outdoor play. I'm CPR trained, a strong swimmer, and naturally patient and upbeat. I'm available most evenings (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday) and open to helping with light errands, crafts, and grocery runs. I'm also great with pets and always aim to create a safe, fun space for every child.
